Scott R. Jablonski

Scott R. Jablonski founded SRJpl Law in 2007, and is the Firm’s Managing Member. He is admitted to the bars of the State of Florida and the District of Columbia. He is a member of the Florida, D.C., American, and Miami-Dade County Bar Associations, and of the Bankruptcy Bar Association of the Southern District of Florida. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. Mr. Jablonski is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.

Mr. Jablonski focuses his practice in the general areas of Business and Bankruptcy Law. He counsels businesses and individuals on a wide variety of domestic and international corporate transactions, contractual matters, entity formation, and deal structuring and negotiations. A large component of Mr. Jablonski’s practice involves international business transactions and related cross-border matters, with a particular focus on Latin America and Europe. He also represents individuals and small business debtors with their bankruptcy and related debtor’s rights matters.

Prior to founding SRJpl Law, Mr. Jablonski practiced with a prestigious Washington, D.C.-based international law firm, and before that with a prestigious Philadelphia-based international law firm. While with those firms, he worked on a broad variety of corporate, commercial litigation, real estate, bankruptcy, immigration, employment, intellectual property and regulatory matters for clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to startups to high net worth individuals.

Mr. Jablonski has published a book in the area of private international law with the prestigious Oxford University Press and his works on international, investment, business law and commercial dispute resolution have been published by several U.S. law journals.
